About Dr. Tracie Temple
I am licensed as a clinical psychologist in both New York and California. I received my doctorate in clinical/forensic psychology from the California School of Forensic Studies at Alliant International University.
While in graduate school, I worked with the Youth Guidance Center of Orange County, providing testing and therapy for adolescents who were incarcerated for crimes committed due to drugs and alcohol. During this time, I was also a member of the PMRT mobile crisis unit for the Department of Mental Health in Los Angeles County. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Linn County Mental Health in Albany, Oregon, and my post-doctorate residency at the Allendale Association in Lake Villa, Illinois. I have extensive training and experience in treating mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and addiction, and have over 18 years of experience in the field of chemical dependency. In addition to my private practice, I am also the Director of Clinical Services at New Found Life treatment center in Long Beach, CA.
